The cylinder block is manufactured from forged, corrosion-resistant, high-alloy stainless steel, designed with a minimal number of wear parts to reduce maintenance costs and increase durability.
The HL 1 can be configured in duplex or triplex arrangements and equipped with either a single-stage or two-stage homogenizing system depending on process requirements. The availability of different valve materials, including stainless steel and sintered options, makes it suitable for handling diverse and sensitive products.
In advanced models such as the HL 3, high internal surface quality and the elimination of dead spaces ensure excellent CIP performance.
